Main Responsibilities:
- Inventory, Manufacturing Cost, Fixed Assets Recording and Analysis; Lead and provide oversight to the accounting for the plant. Establish and maintain inventory standard cost estimates, bill of materials, and material master data in the ERP system.
- Budgeting / Forecasting: To be a partner with global accounting team and assist in preparation of financial planning/analysis and annual budgets. Prepare monthly financial forecasts, analyze difference between budget and forecast actual results and provide explanations to executive team and board.
- Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, and every level of management.
- Create an environment focused on continuous learning and improvement, fostering close-knit collaboration sparked by the energy of a startup.
- To be lead the inventory accounting and cost of goods reporting activities for the Company. Responsible for developing and maintaining standard costs and ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels by seeking input from cross functional teams.
- Develop and maintain processes and controls in the areas of inventory, costing/manufacturing, and freight accounting.
- Will be lead the fixed asset activities and assist in general accounting activities, monitoring internal controls, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with other processes such as budgeting.
- Supporting the Finance team by developing functional strategies, setting new standards and developing and implementing new processes that have a short to mid-term impact on the organization and achieve the mission, vision and goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting field.
- At least 3 years experience in Cost Accountant / Cost Controller or Plant Controller from the manufacturing firm and familiar with international working culture.
- Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Thai native and good command of English.
- Strong accounting (GAAP) and general ledger experience.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful reports for the management team.
- Understands the plans for meeting the business strategy and objectives, and how it relates to daily activities.
- Demonstrates speed and flexibility as appropriate in responding and adapting to changes.
- Able to work or relocate to Nakhonsawan province.
