Job Summary
Responsible for managing plant engineering projects, covering design, engineering, quality control, and safety to ensure projects are delivered in line with SCGP and international standards, on time and with high efficiency.
Job Description
- Project Management
- Manage and support plant engineering projects to ensure execution follows defined standards, scope, schedule, and quality requirements
- Organize project data systematically and analyze performance data to improve project execution and efficiency
- Develop and improve project management systems, tools, and workflows to enhance overall project effectiveness
- Design and Engineering
- Perform engineering design work such as BIM, piping design, and related engineering activities in accordance with company standards
- Continuously improve engineering design processes and methodologies
- Quality Control
- Control and inspect the quality of fabrication and installation works to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards
- Develop and improve quality control systems for engineering and construction works
- Safety
- Act as a safety role model and promote safety awareness within project teams
- Ensure all project activities comply with company and legal safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
- 36 years of experience in plant engineering, plant construction, relocation, or installation projects
- Knowledge of project management for plant construction, relocation, and installation projects
- Knowledge of engineering design and drawings (e.g. BIM, piping design) and inspection for EE / IE works
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and leadership potential
- Good command of English in verbal and written (TOEIC Score > 550)
- Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging PCL. (Ban Pong, Ratchaburi)
