As the business enters its next phase of transformation, it is seeking a Plant Director to lead the site toward higher levels of performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

The Mandate

This is a role with full responsibility for the manufacturing site.

The successful leader will balance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability while driving meaningful improvements in productivity, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Beyond operational execution, the mandate is to strengthen Lean and continuous improvement disciplines, enhance manufacturing capability, develop future leaders, and build a culture of accountability that delivers sustainable results.

Success will be measured not only by stronger operational performance, but by creating a manufacturing organization that is more agile, more competitive, and well-positioned for long-term growth.

The Ideal Leadership Profile

• This opportunity is designed for an accomplished Plant Director or senior manufacturing executive who has successfully led large-scale manufacturing operations within the automotive or adjacent manufacturing sector.
• The ideal leader brings a proven record of improving plant performance, driving operational transformation, and delivering measurable business results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and profitability.
• Equally important is the ability to influence across functions, develop high-performing leadership teams, and align plant execution with regional and global business objectives.
• A strong commercial mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational discipline are essential. Fluency in both Thai and English is required, while experience within a multinational manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
