Our client is establishing a new manufacturing plant for food raw materials, and they are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Plant Manager to build and lead the HR function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the workforce, culture, and HR foundation from day one, playing a pivotal role in bringing the new site to full operation.
How You Will Make an Impact :
- Lead the full HR setup for the new factoryfrom pre-opening preparation to smooth, full-scale operations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Thai labor laws, food industry standards (GMP/HACCP), and the company's culture and values.
- Partner closely with the Factory Manager and leadership team to design organizational structure, job roles, and manpower planning for all departments.
- Foster strong communication on the shopfloor, ensuring fair employee treatment and proactively addressing labor issues before escalation.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, communication channels, and grievance management.
- Ensure full compliance with Thai labor regulations, food manufacturing standards, and internal governance requirements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, shift allowance structure, and time attendance system to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Group HR to align factorylevel compensation, benefits, and HR practices with corporate standards.
- Manage core HR administration, including contracts, attendance, leave management, disciplinary actions, and employee records.
Your Strengths & Experiences :
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing or food processing plants, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Hands-on exposure to factory setup, plant opening, or greenfield projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, labor relations, and food industry compliance such as GMP and HACCP.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and presence on the shopfloor.
- Highly self-driven, structured, resilient, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in Thai (native) and English (working level), with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholder groups.
