Role Description

This full-time, on-site position is located in Thailand. The Plant HR Manager will oversee the overall human resources functions for the plant, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and compliance with local labor laws. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, ensuring employee engagement, providing guidance to management, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role will also involve developing workforce strategies to meet organizational goals, handling performance management systems, and supporting change management initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Employee Relations, GA, and Workforce Planning
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and regulatory practices
• Experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Employee Training
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, performance management, and coaching management teams
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage
