Job description :
The Plant HR Manager is primary accountability is to implement strategies, objectives, policies
and programs covering all aspects of Human Resources to support the companys business
objectives. The Head of HR is a key part of the Management Team, advising management
and driving initiatives in the areas of Organization and Talent Development, Employee (labor)
Relations, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits Administration.
To partner with key stakeholders in driving and implementing organizational design,
transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce
planning, employee engagement and employee relation strategies and policies
To lead the improvement initiatives activities
To ensure compliance of local regulations as well as corporate policies and guidelines
To manage and integrate local HR Strategies and Policies to align with Global/Regional HR
Policies and Guidelines i.e. Manpower Planning & Budget, Recruitment & Selection,
Remuneration Survey, Job Evaluation and Salary Structure, Training & Development, HR
Services, Organization Development, and Career Development
To drive the employee engagement initiatives, develop good relationship with the union and
lead for the negotiation
To identify and implement HR Policy and activities to comply with global strategy and
directions
To collaborate with key stakeholders to improve HR process efficiency and to ensure HR
Operational Excellence.
Serve as Business Partner to advise the management team for people issues and legal
compliances; and has significant involvement in planning for broad issues affecting the
operational business.
To lead and to develop a team of HRBPs, ER team, Administration team and leading a matrix
organization with HR shared Service team
To contribute the company&aposs strategic planning and projects, recommend and implement
people engagement and development plans ensuring that strategic goals are reached.
To provide and consolidate annual Personnel budgets, recommend optimization measures,
control implementation of approved budget, analyze variances and recommend
adjustments, in order to help ensure optimal margin and profit results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher in HR, Political Science or related fields.
10-15 years experience in Human Resources Functions and at least 5 years experience in
managerial level in multinational companies or a company size of more than 1000
employees.
Experience in manufacturing with union labor management is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Labor law and other related legislation.
Fluent command of English and Thai both written and spoken
Good digital competency
Good analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making
Good interpersonal skills and effective communication; Able to convey to all levels in the
organization; understand and follow the complex processes. Business presentation skill is a
must
Self-motivation, Strong passion to success, Proactive mindset and CAN-DO attitude
recommendations.
Ability to work on multiple projects with limited direction.
Others Requires aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep
commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.
