Key Responsibilities
- Lead all plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to achieve delivery targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, automotive regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead, develop, and motivate plant leadership teams and employees.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Commercial teams to optimize operations.
- Implement operational best practices and maintain high-performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leader in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Fluency in English and Thai (must).
