Role Description

This is an on-site contract role based in Chonburi for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all production activities. Core responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing processes, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards, overseeing staff performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Plant Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across departments to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, team management, and ability to drive team performance
• Operational expertise in production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Experience in lean manufacturing, Monozukuri, Kaisen, supply chain, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in communication, organizational, and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Fluency in English and local language preferred
