Our client, a global leader in advanced sensing, control, and sealing technologies, is looking for a Plant Manager based in Prachinburi to lead and manage overall plant operations, while developing and implementing strategies to continuously improve plant performance and ensure the satisfaction of customers, shareholders, employees, and the wider community.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant operations strategy to achieve gross profit targets, improve productivity, quality, and control manufacturing costs
- Ensure strong EHS leadership, drive a zero-harm culture and full regulatory compliance
- Champion customer quality by maintaining robust quality systems and driving corrective and preventive actions
- Drive cost reduction and operational excellence through OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement, scrap reduction, and Lean/Kaizen initiatives
- Lead people development and engagement, building strong leadership, talent development, and a high-performance culture
- Implement best practices, automation, and continuous improvement to achieve world-class operations
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering on demand planning, customer engagement, product strategy, and cost optimization
- Support new product launches and promote company values across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, or related field
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Excellent English & Thai communication skills
- 15+ years of experience in multinational manufacturing, including 10+ years in senior management roles (Plant/Operations/Supply Chain/Quality/Engineering)
- Proven track record of performance and strong leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive, strong problem-solving ability, and able to work under challenges
- Willingness to travel regionally when required
