Qualification:
- Experiences in industrial manufacturing background.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree any fields
- Strong business acumen and global mindset, a role model with clear strategic impact and direction.
- Proven successful leadership experience covering both operational and commercial functions.
- Experience in a profit & loss leadership role in industry.
- Experience leading and implementing Operational Excellence initiatives will be a plus.
- A leadership and communication style that suits the local setting in Thailand and Asia.
- Excellent spoken and written English

Responsibilities:
- Generate and control budget, full reponsability on P/L. Financial acumen
- Interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions.
- Responsible for personal commitment to safety, environment and housekeeping
- Responsible for the developing and driving execution of long-term and medium-term strategy / plans to identify and seize growth and development opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- In cooperation with Sales and Marketing, maintains relationships with principal customers and prospective customers.
- Optimizes Work Processes, knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Plans, organizes and leads the productivity team activities of the division towards specific measurable targets resulting in sustainable improvement.
- Responsible for increasing and strengthening market share and opportunities within the local and export business.
- Support the Sales Leader, Continue Improvement Leader, Safety Leady
- Actively involve teams in development conversations to foster growth and alignment with organizational goals.
