Job Description
As a Plater - Level 1 here at Solstice, you will be responsible for performing plating operations on various metal parts and components. You will ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and quality standards through precise and accurate plating techniques.
In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring high-quality plating of parts, which is crucial for the overall performance and reliability of our products. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential in maintaining the standards of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities

- Prepare parts for plating by cleaning and masking as required
- Operate plating equipment and monitor process parameters
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain accurate records of plating processes and materials used
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in a similar field
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
