Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handling the dormitory management including purchasing the equipment, cleaning items, coordinating & tracking the maintenance/repairing process, etc.
  • Handling all employee's and project's claims/reimbursements
  • Purchasing and controlling office equipment, petty cash, snacks, stationery, etc.
  • Supporting on all financial related tasks including keeping the record of company documents, lease agreement, bank documents, invoices, receipts, etc.
  • Supporting the employees from onboarding to offboarding, including visa & work permit for the expats.
  • Supporting on all sales admin related tasks including duty stamp, following up on payment, etc.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any studies.
  • Working communication in English and Thai with Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
