Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to acquire leads through online and offline channels.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Utilize SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online tactics to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Oversee traditional marketing channels such as print, outdoor, and events to enhance brand visibility and attract potential students.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the marketing agencies, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
- Analize campaign performance data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Live Strategy & Channel Ownership
- Own end-to-end Live strategy focused on selling ESL and Chinese course packages
- Plan daily/weekly live schedules, topics, scripts, offers, and CTAs aligned with platform algorithms
- Develop live content frameworks that educate parents (learning outcomes, curriculum, results) while driving conversion
- Coordinate TikTok Live campaigns around promotions, launches, and key sales periods
Team & Host Management
- Lead and coach a live commerce team (hosts, coordinators, or support roles)
- Work closely with teachers, KOLs, and on-camera talent to ensure confident and effective live delivery
- Conduct rehearsals, run-of-show planning, and performance feedback sessions
- Ensure smooth end-to-end live operations and quality control
Live Execution & Performance Optimization
- Oversee and participate in live sessions when needed
- Monitor live performance in real time and adjust content, pacing, and offers to maximize conversion
- Track and report key KPIs (viewers, engagement, leads, conversions, CPA)
- Analyze post-live results and apply insights to improve future sessions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Creative, Performance, and Product teams
- Align traffic strategies, retargeting, and creative assets to support live commerce goals
- Coordinate with marketing campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
- Stay updated on platform features, trends, and competitor live strategies
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in live commerce, e-commerce, performance marketing, or social commerce
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven marketing tools and techniques.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Hands-on experience managing live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok Live or Facebook Live
- Strong understanding of live selling techniques, audience engagement, and conversion psychology
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and optimizing results
- Strong communication and leadership skills (Thai & English preferred)
- Experience in education, kids, parenting, or subscription-based products is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, real-time environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary - up to THB 100,000
