PMO (Auto Exterior Parts）

Job Description

To support Project Leader (PL) activities by handling development-related documentation and improving development processes using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot), contributing to VA / CD (Value Analysis / Cost Development) and overall project efficiency.

Standard qualifications

· Over 2 years experience in automotive design of plastic part or glass or wiper or mirror part. –such as Supplier/OEM/guest design engineer.

· Bachelor's degree or Higher in field of Engineering, especially Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design Engineering, or related Engineer Field.

· Able to operate CATIA in 2D and 3D Design. (Generative shape design, surface design)

· Good command of spoken and written in English (TOEIC 550 up) or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications

· Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Copilot / AI tools for work automation and efficiency

· Japanese language skill in basic communication

· Experience in automotive or manufacturing development projects
