Drive end-to-end execution of key O2O initiatives within Lotus's Thailand, ensuring alignment with business priorities and division-level governance. Act as the central project owner across Operations, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to ensure structured delivery, risk control, and measurable business impact.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure predictable execution
- Track timeline, scope, and business impact; provide structured updates to leadership
- Support go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of project or program management experience in retail, eCommerce, or O2O environments
- Proven experience delivering large-scale operational system implementations (WMS, OMS, Rider/Last-mile systems, Retail Applications)
- Strong understanding of retail supply chain, fulfillment workflow, inventory management, and last-mile operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Structured problem-solving and risk management capability
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and interpret operational KPIs
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Thai and English (verbal and written)
- Preferred: Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle (requirement design UAT go-live stabilization)
