PMO Coordinator

We're Hiring | PMO Coordinator – ERP Finance Transformation

Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid – 3–4 days per week on-site and remaining days will be working from home)

Initially 6 months with view to extend

Fluent Thai & Business-Level English Required

We're is supporting a global Media organisation on a major Finance ERP transformation programme and we're looking for a PMO Coordinator to join the Thailand market implementation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile regional transformation, supporting the rollout of a new ERP platform through UAT, go-live, and hypercare while collaborating with regional programme teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners across APAC.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating project plans, governance, and delivery activities

Maintaining RAID logs, action trackers, and project reporting

Supporting UAT, deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare coordination

Working closely with business teams, vendors, and implementation partners

Tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and project progress using Azure DevOps and Jira

We're looking for someone with:

Previous PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Support experience

Experience supporting ERP or business transformation programmes

Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills

Experience with project governance and reporting tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.)

Fluent Thai and business-level English
