Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to manage the end-to-end rollout of SAP S/4HANA programs. The role will oversee project governance, delivery management, and cross-functional coordination across SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP program governance, planning, and execution
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and reporting
- Coordinate across SAP functional teams and business stakeholders
- Ensure successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, PM, HR)
- Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and change management
- Maintain project documentation, governance frameworks, and risk registers
- Provide support for project delivery challenges such as resource conflicts and timeline risks
Required Skills
- 810 years of project or program management experience
- Strong experience in SAP implementation projects
- Knowledge of SAP modules and enterprise business processes
- Experience in project planning, risk management, and delivery governance
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working in global delivery environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Retail, or Life Sciences
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation programs
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, MS Project, Jira, or SAP Project System
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
- SAP project management certification is a plus
