Job summary

Leads and governs enterprise-wide project management standards, portfolio oversight, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while enabling strategic alignment, effective resource allocation, and strong support for project managers and stakeholders.

Job description

  • Develop and enforce project management standards, policies, and methodologies across departments.
  • Ensure alignment of all projects and programs with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate project portfolio management, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Lead governance activitiessuch as stage gate reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Coach and support project managers and team leads to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by collecting lessons learned and updating best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, department heads, and executive leadership to provide visibility and insights on project status.
  • Organize training sessions and support career development initiatives within the PMO team.

Job qualifications

  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks 5+ years in PMO/Portfolio/Program/Project roles across Waterfall and Agile/Hybrid in large/complex environments.
  • Intermediate+ proficiency with PPM tools (e.g., Planview/Clarity/ServiceNow PPM/Jira/ADO), Power BI/advanced Excel (pivot, power query, basic DAX) for dashboards/reporting.
  • Exceptional analytics, communication, leadership, stakeholder management and change management initiatives skills.
