We are looking for a proactive POP Production Specialist to lead the end-to-end production of our Point of Purchase materials. In this role, you will be the technical expert responsible for managing vendors, ensuring superior print quality, and overseeing the entire lifecycle from material selection to in-store installation.
Job Description
- Production Leadership: Lead the full POP production process, ensuring all projects are completed within strict deadlines.
- Technical Advisory: Recommend suitable materials and technical specifications for each project to ensure durability and quality.
- Quality Control (QC): Manage color-proof quality control and identify solutions to continuously improve material standards.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors, conduct on-site visits, and monitor their production performance.
- Logistics & Documentation: Handle billing processes, track warehouse deliveries, and ensure all POP materials reach their destination.
- On-Site Support: Provide hands-on support for on-site testing and installation of POP materials in-store.
Qualifications
- Experience: 45 years of experience in Production Management, Printing Media, or a related field.
- Expertise: Direct experience in POP Printing production is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation power and the ability to work effectively under high-pressure environments.
- Attributes: Proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail and quality
- Fluent communication skill in English.
