Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance (delinquency, NPL, vintage)
- Generate regular and ad-hoc portfolio reports for management
- Identify portfolio risk and trends; provide insights and improvement recommendations
- Prepare portfolio performance forecasts to support quarterly budget planning
- Coordinate with Credit, Collection, Sales, and related sections to maintain portfolio quality
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned by Portfolio Risk Management Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in auto finance, hire purchase, or portfolio analysis is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work cross-functionally
