Hiring: Power BI Administrator

Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pan India

Experience: 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Administrator to join our team and support enterprise-scale BI environments. The ideal candidate should have strong admin-level expertise in Power BI and experience working in a 24/7 support model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Power BI Service, Gateways, and Report Server
• Oversee workspace management, user access, capacity planning, and refresh monitoring
• Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize performance
• Handle incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL)
• Support cross-functional teams in a 24/7 L2 support model
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Power BI Admin, Power BI Service, and Gateway Administration
• Knowledge of Power BI architecture, licensing & security
• Hands-on with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Experience with Active Directory/ Azure AD & SSO
• Automation experience using PowerShell / REST APIs
• Experience using ServiceNow / Control-M or similar tools
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes & Metrics
• Experience in Banking Domain preferred
• Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills
