Job Description: Power Platform & Azure Developer – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5-8 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform & Azure Developer as a Lead Programmer Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure to streamline business processes and improve reliability, compliance, and user experience. The role partners with process owners to turn needs into production-ready solutions, support existing workflows, and contributes to standards and reusable patterns across the automation portfolio.
- Experience should have 5-8 Years of Power Platform & Azure Developer as a Lead Programmer Analyst of which 4+ years in process automation / digitalization / enterprise IT roles with strong hands-on Power Platform delivery.
- Demonstrated experience delivering Power Automate solutions to production and supporting them reliably.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders to translate needs into clear solutions and documentation.
- Hands-on integration experience (M365, APIs, SQL) and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate (cloud + desktop), Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse; strong debugging and connector skills.
- Power BI data modeling, DAX, Data Visualization, Reports development.
- Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online (sites, lists, libraries, permissions), Teams, Outlook, OneDrive; Approvals patterns.
- Cloud basics: Azure and Entra ID fundamentals (identity, app registrations, API permissions).
- Integration: REST APIs, Microsoft Graph basics, on-premises data gateway, custom connectors (nice).
- AI & Copilot (Microsoft): Working knowledge of Copilot and Copilot Studio concepts; ability to integrate agent actions with Power Automate flows; awareness of governance (DLP, environments) and auditing requirements.
- Programming & scripting: Python for data processing and automation utilities; solid SQL.
- Databases: SQL Server, DataBricks.
- ALM/DevOps: solutions, environments, Git, pipelines (Power Platform / Azure DevOps) and release discipline.
- RPA capabilities (Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder).
- Certifications: PL-200 / PL-400.

Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Delivery
- Develop and deploy Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Deliver Power BI reports and AI-powered automations using Copilot.
Integration & Data
- Integrate SQL Server, Oracle, SharePoint, and Dataverse data sources.
- Build secure REST API integrations and manage Power BI datasets and gateways.
- Use Python and Copilot Studio for advanced automation and AI integrations.
Process Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Identify automation opportunities and convert business requirements into solutions.
- Support UAT, continuous improvements, and governance through documentation and best practices.
User Support & Documentation
- Provide L2/L3 support for Power Platform solutions and resolve production issues.
- Prepare user/admin documentation, conduct knowledge transfer, and support SharePoint workflows.
- Document Copilot-enabled solutions, security, and user guidance.
