Role Purpose
We are looking for a hands-on Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
The role will work closely with IT and business users to translate business requirements into practical, secure, and maintainable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Develop business workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
- Automate approvals, notifications, data processing, and repetitive business tasks.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.
- Gather business requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Apply appropriate security, access control, governance, and development standards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft 365 integration
- Strong knowledge of Power Fx and Power Automate expressions.
- Experience with APIs, HTTP connectors, JSON, and system integration.
- Good understanding of Power Platform security, permissions, environments, and governance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certification such as PL-200 or PL-400.
- Experience with Power Platform ALM and solution deployment.
- Knowledge of Power BI and Azure services would be an advantage.
- Experience working in a multinational or regulated organization is preferred.
Key Deliverables
- Deliver agreed Power Apps and Power Automate solutions within the 6-month engagement.
- Support enhancements and troubleshooting of existing solutions.
- Complete required testing and technical documentation.
- Ensure solutions are maintainable and aligned with IT governance requirements.
- Provide proper handover and knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.
