Responsibilities
- Actively involved in new projects and new component approval process.
- Owner of APQP, PPAP approval, Pro-cert, PFMEA.
- Lead to review PPAP and all quality tasks to meet new project plan.
- Perform audits and PFMEA. Visit and see as applicable for new projects.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in Automotive Quality, with hands-on APQP / PPAP involvement
- Experience in new parts / product development audits and supplier factory processes
- Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, CP/CPK, SPC, and core QC tools
- Hands-on experience with MSA (Gage R&R), CMM inspection, 8D, and quality measurements
- Experience supporting new project launches and managing quality deliverables
- Exposure to supplier management is advantaged
- Project management, analytical mindset, and self-driven working style
- Good English communication (TOEIC 500+)
