Pre Operations Manager - responsible for managing all efforts with respect to operations readiness on assigned projects.
Reporting to Senior Manager Operations Readiness, location to be determined.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the FPSO Operations Readiness Execution Plan which delivers on the Operations Strategy.
- Support the development of the Asset operating model and organizational structure for the FPSO
- Support development of Preparation for Operations Cost as part of overall CAPEX including
- Lead the Operations Readiness Team within designated projects and coordinate readiness activities across all functional disciplines ensuring adequate resourcing is planned and available.
- Ensure readiness activities remain aligned with project major milestone objectives
- Establish resourcing requirements and staffing plans.
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of operational personnel as required in line with the Operations Readiness Plan.
- Ensure operational teams are prepared to assume responsibility following system handover and at RFSA.
Qualifications
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in mechanical, marine, Chemical or Process Engineering, or related field - Long or relevant experience may replace educational requirements
- Ideally 10 Years Experience in Oil and Gas Operations at Management Level
- Ideally previous experience offshore as OIM or in other relevant role
- Ideally previous Pre Operations experience in major projects.
- Good understanding of the technical, contractual and commercial issues related to the operation of FPSOs / offshore units
