Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze customer requirements and provide consultancy on suitable ICT solutions.
  • Design and present solution architectures for products such as networking, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or telecommunications.
  • Prepare technical proposals and supporting documents for sales activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Attend client meetings to demonstrate products and address technical inquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and product developments for effective presentations.
  • Support internal and external training related to ICT products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with strategic sales planning and assist in closing deals with technical insights.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or solution consulting role
  • Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, including networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise software
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and diagramming tools
  • Experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFQs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
