- Support Account Managers and Business Development teams in identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Perform business requirement studies with clients.
- Engage with customers to gather technical requirements, understand their business challenges, and translate those into technical solutions.
- Understand and manage clients expectations and can analyse clients'business requirements and problems.
- Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions involving servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity based on client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solution proposals, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that highlight business benefits.
- Lead technical discussions, respond to RFI/RFPs, and provide bill of materials (BoM) with accurate solution sizing and architecture.
- Liaise with product principals and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and compliance with vendor certifications and solution standards.
- Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and consultations to build customer trust and technical confidence.
- Support Account Managers and Business Development teams in identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery and post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment with proposed solutions.
Solutions and consultation in the following areas:
- Knowledge in security (Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, Email Gateway, etc)
- Knowledge in system (Azure, AWS, M365, Hyper-V, Vmware, etc)
- Knowledge in server and storage (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Nutanix, etc)
- Knowledge in backup (Veeam, Veritas, etc)
- Self-study and research on new enterprise IT products and knowledge.
- Obtain certifications in focus products and solution areas.
- Any other duties or assignments as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
