Job Description

  1. Support Account Managers and Business Development teams in identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  2. Perform business requirement studies with clients.
  3. Engage with customers to gather technical requirements, understand their business challenges, and translate those into technical solutions.
  4. Understand and manage clients expectations and can analyse clients'business requirements and problems.
  5. Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions involving servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity based on client requirements.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solution proposals, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that highlight business benefits.
  7. Lead technical discussions, respond to RFI/RFPs, and provide bill of materials (BoM) with accurate solution sizing and architecture.
  8. Liaise with product principals and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and compliance with vendor certifications and solution standards.
  9. Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and consultations to build customer trust and technical confidence.
  10. Support Account Managers and Business Development teams in identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  11. Collaborate with delivery and post-sales teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment with proposed solutions.

Solutions and consultation in the following areas:

  1. Knowledge in security (Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR, Email Gateway, etc)
  2. Knowledge in system (Azure, AWS, M365, Hyper-V, Vmware, etc)
  3. Knowledge in server and storage (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Nutanix, etc)
  4. Knowledge in backup (Veeam, Veritas, etc)
  5. Self-study and research on new enterprise IT products and knowledge.
  6. Obtain certifications in focus products and solution areas.
  7. Any other duties or assignments as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
