Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

Factorytalk are offering an exciting career development opportunity for candidates from the life sciences manufacturing, or similar industries, to become a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant. The role works closely with potential customers to understand and assess their needs and challenges and offer transformative digital solutions in the area of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related business areas. This role is ideal for candidates with a Quality Assurance or Quality Management background who enjoy meeting new people, uncovering customer pain points, and delivering consultative solutions in both digital and commercial areas.

Working closely with Sales and Project teams, you will be part of the end-to-end customer lifecyclefrom lead qualification, solution demonstrations, closing deals, and after sales account engagement.

What You Will Contribute

Engage with prospects to understand their business, quality, and compliance requirements

Translate customer needs into suitable software and service solutions

Deliver system overviews and coordinate internally to address detailed functional inquiries

Support proposal preparation, quotations, and other pre-sales documentation

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams throughout the sales lifecycle

Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM system

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

3 years of experience working in pharmaceutical/life sciences or related industries (e.g. cosmetic, food and beverage, etc.) within Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Management (QM) functions. Or, experienced using or selling electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) or other quality-related software

Good understanding of Quality Management Systems, ideally GMP/ISO 9001 based, other regulated environments

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
