Role Description

This full-time, on-site Presale Engineer Cybersecurity role is based in Bangkok, where the primary responsibility is to provide technical support and presales consultancy to clients. Day-to-day tasks include offering technical demonstrations, preparing tailored security solutions, assisting with solution design, and collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements. The role also involves participating in client presentations and ensuring smooth integration of security solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and Integration
• Proficiency in Presales processes and a proven ability to support the sales cycle
• Understanding of Security principles and hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in security domains such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are an advantage
• Proficiency in problem-solving and designing tailored solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site team environment
