We are seeking an experienced Presales Consultant with a strong SaaS software product and enterprise solution background to support large-scale digital platform and contact center solutions.
This role focuses on solution design, enterprise system integration, and value-based presentations for government, retail, and large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Design & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to deeply understand their existing infrastructure, business drivers, and pain points.
- Architect comprehensive, end-to-end contact center solutions by integrating technologies from various vendors and our own proprietary AI platforms.
* Enterprise SaaS & Digital Platform Solutions:
- Design and position SaaS-based and enterprise digital platform solutions for government, retail, and large enterprise clients.
- Translate complex enterprise IT environments into scalable, business-driven solutions.
* Product Demonstration & Storytelling:
- Create and deliver powerful, customized demonstrations that bring our solutions to life.
- Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that resonates with both technical and C-level audiences.
* Proposal & RFI/RFP Leadership:
- Own the technical response for all RFIs, RFPs, and customer proposals.
- Ensure responses are detailed, accurate, and strategically positioned to highlight our competitive advantages.
* Proof of Concept (PoC) Management:
- Scope, manage, and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for SaaS and enterprise platforms, demonstrating business value and system integration capability.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as the liaison between the sales team and internal departments, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure seamless project handoffs and provide valuable market feedback.
* Client Engagement & Presentations:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value and ROI of our proposed solutions.
* Proposal & RFP Management:
- Take ownership of the technical aspects of RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional, and effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
* SI & Vendor Collaboration:
- Leverage your experience working within or alongside System Integrators to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our technology partners and vendors.
* AI Integration Expertise: Serve as the subject:
- matter expert on AI-driven contact center solutions, including but not limited to conversational AI, intelligent routing, agent assist, and analytics.
* Market Intelligence:
- Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving contact center and AI landscape. Provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to help shape the future of our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a presales, solution architect, or similar technical sales role within the IT industry.
- SI Background: Proven experience working for or closely with a System Integrator is highly desirable. A strong understanding of the SI business model and the ability to manage multi-vendor technology stacks is crucial.
- Contact Center Expertise: In-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, including CCaaS/UCaaS platforms , IVR, ACD, WFM, and CRM integrations.
- AI Acumen: Demonstrable experience with AI-powered solutions in a contact center environment. Familiarity with conversational AI platforms, machine learning concepts, and data analytics is a significant advantage.
- Technical & Business Acumen: A balanced ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and align them with a client's strategic business objectives.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to a range of audiences, from technical stakeholders to C-level executives.
- Problem-Solving: A natural curiosity and a passion for creative problem-solving in complex technical environments.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Able to communicate in English (Interview conducted in English).
Preferred Background
- Experience with SaaS software products (Vendor or SI environment).
- Experience presenting solutions to government, retail, or large enterprise customers.
- OR prior experience as an IT Department Manager or IT Consultant in a large enterprise environment.
