Job Summary:
We are seeking a Presales Consultant to join our team within a System Integration (SI) environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end presales activities, engaging with enterprise clients to understand business and technical requirements, and proposing integrated IT solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and application domains.
The ideal candidate combines strong client-facing skills with solid technical knowledge, and has hands-on experience supporting sales cycles in SI or IT services environments. You will play a key role in translating client needs into practical, scalable, and commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements, and map them into solution approaches.
Solution Design:
- Design and propose end-to-end solutions across cloud, infrastructure, security, and application layers, aligned with client environments and best practices.
Presales Execution:
- Support presales activities including solution proposals, client presentations, and product/solution demonstrations.
Sales Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Sales teams to shape opportunities, qualify deals, and position appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams (Delivery, Product, Partners) and engage customer stakeholders across both technical and business functions.
Proposal & Documentation:
- Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, BOM/quotations, and related materials.
Vendor Coordination:
- Work with technology partners (e.g., cloud providers, OEMs) to ensure the best-fit solution and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting within System Integrator (SI), IT Services, or Enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure, and/or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in presales activities such as proposal development, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments and coordinating with partners.
- Good business analysis and requirement-gathering capabilities.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
