Working location: Bang Krasor, Nonthaburi Province
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Prepare Proposal, Solution Design, Technical Diagram, Bill of Material (BoM), TOR
- Present solutions to customers (Presentation, Demonstration, POC)
- Support Sales Team and project bidding processes (Bidding/Tender)
- Coordinate with Vendors/Partners for technical information and proposals
- Stay updated on the latest technologies in Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud
- Support internal training and knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Presales Engineer, Network/System Engineer
- Strong knowledge in Enterprise Network, Server, Storage, Cybersecurity, Cloud
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant certifications such as ACX-CAS, ACP-CA, ACA-CA, ACCNP/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, AWS, Azure, VMware are preferred
