Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide professional technical solutions
- Output - product BoM, technical solution presentation.
- Project bidding, preparation of response materials.
- Product development, feature presentation, and demonstration of basic product features and functions.
- Cooperate with sales staff to assist in achieving sales performance goals
Qualifications
- English communication skills are preferred.
- Familiar with the basic knowledge of switches, routers, WLAN, security and servers, and be able to independently complete technical support work.
- Have good communication and presentation skills, be able to accurately understand customer needs and provide professional solutions.
- Have good publicity skills, be able to participate in activities organized by the company, and be responsible for product publicity and display.
- Positive and optimistic, strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork spirit and customer service awareness.
