Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solutions Consultant based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The Solutions Consultant engages directly with clients to provide strategic advice, guide system implementations, and ensure successful outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting presales activities, analyzing business requirements, and delivering tailored solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage projects and drive value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business solution discovery sessions for prospects
- Develop viable solution proposals to meet prospect needs
- Deliver product demonstrations
- Produce Statements of Work (SOW) in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager, including effort and cost estimates
- Participate in presales activities, facilitating upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Ensure compliance with Jcurve Solutions guidelines
Product Knowledge
- Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the Jcurve solutions suite in line with company strategy
- Build a strong understanding of all Jcurve software offerings, including third-party products
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business processes and propose effective solutions
- Expertise in consulting and presales to guide clients in adopting optimal technology strategies
- Proficiency in sales and relationship management to align client needs with tailored solutions
- Experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering compelling client engagements
- Knowledge of ERP or cloud-based system implementations is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
- NetSuite certification (Prefer)
