Presales Solutions Engineer (Thailand)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the company's product and solution expert, responsible for technical communication with clients.
2. Showcase the company's technical and product capabilities, highlighting technical advantages, and listen to user needs.
3. Evaluate and analyze customer requirements, identifying reasonable and valuable needs.
4. Draft and communicate technical solutions with the R&D team, and track development progress.
5. Participate in customer training, providing technical Q&A and feedback on technical issues.
6. Prepare bid proposals and complete technical clarifications during the bidding process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
2. Excellent language and expression skills; proficiency in Thai & English/Mandarin is required.
3. 3-5 years of solution-related work experience, with a solid understanding of IT networking. Experience in retail business network setup is a plus.
4. Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of industry trends; prior experience in the retail sector is preferred.
5. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to efficiently draft technical proposals and bid documents.
6. Excellent communication skills and techniques, capable of conducting independent business exchanges with clients.
