Job Description
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision of the institution in alignment with the board of directors.
- Strengthen the institution's academic positioning and international reputation through innovation, program development, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary leadership team across academic, administrative, and commercial functions.
- Drive student recruitment growth, international collaborations, and partnerships with leading universities and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence and financial sustainability, overseeing budgeting, investments, and resource allocation.
- Represent the institution externally with government bodies, accreditation agencies, and global education partners.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and student success.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven C-level or senior leadership experience within an international university, college, or higher education institution.
- Strong understanding of global education trends, accreditation frameworks, and international student markets.
- Demonstrated ability to drive institutional growth, academic innovation, and international partnerships.
- Experience leading large, multicultural teams within complex academic environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage boards, faculty, regulators, and international partners.
- Master's degree required; PhD or doctoral degree strongly preferred.
- International mindset with experience in Asia or emerging education markets considered a strong advantage.
