Coordinate with the distribution channel for product development.
Design and develop products according to the company's strategy and comply with regulations.
Perform profit analysis to ensure that the product satisfies company's profitability requirements and prepare product profit test report to get approval from authorized persons.
Prepare product related documents to get approval from regulator and provide information to relevant departments for implementation.
Review product specifications and sales materials.
Perform post-launched monitoring of new product profitability.
Perform experience study to support product pricing.
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in Actuarial Department of Life insurance.
Analytical skills and familiar with Group life insurance product.
Strong team player with positive attitude and good communication skills.
