About the Role

Magnasoft is building the next generation of AI-powered geospatial products, and we're looking for a senior technical leader to help scale our AI/ML engineering organization.

This is a hands-on Principal Engineer role-not a pure management position.

Responsibilities

• Scale computer vision, OCR, and spatial AI platforms
• Design continuous learning and retraining pipelines
• Mentor engineers and raise the engineering bar
• Build AI products on AWS, Kubernetes (EKS) and PyTorch
• Geospatial/GIS experience
• Human-in-the-loop systems
• Agentic AI systems
• AI-assisted engineering workflows

Qualifications

BTech, MTech, MSC, BCA

Preferred Skills

• 12-15+ years of engineering experience
• Principal / Lead / Staff ML Engineer experience
• Experience building and operating production AI/ML systems at scale
• Expertise in Computer Vision, OCR, Document AI or Spatial AI
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and GPU-based ML infrastructure
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python
