Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of GAI projects
  • Manage a team of senior engineers and foster strong team dynamics
  • Act as a technical solutions architect for cross-group GAI initiatives
  • Identify and drive collaboration opportunities with diverse business groups

Job Requirements:

  • Strong Python expertise and debugging skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Prior experience with GAI frameworks and project execution
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
