The Challenge

You'll lead a critical product domain that spans long-lived user journeys, complex decision-making, and high trust requirements. Your mission:

• Define a bold product vision for a system of AI agents working together
• Move beyond automation into true AI-first experiences
• Decide when AI should guide, act, surface insight, or stay invisible
• Balance innovation with reliability, compliance, and real-world impact

You'll partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and business leaders to turn ambiguity into clarity and strategy into shipped product.

What They're Looking For

• A seasoned Product Manager / Product Leader (6+ years) from high-growth or complex environments
• Proven experience shipping AI-powered or agent-based products end to end
• Strong product intuition you know when to say no, when to push, and when to bet big
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
• Ability to translate deep user needs into scalable, intelligent systems
