Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Solid experience & track record in recruitment.
• Sales capability. 360-degree recruitment experience is a must.
• Experience in the recruitment/exec search/head-hunting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Educated to bachelor's degree level in Business or a related field.
• Strong skill set across MS Office and using ATS systems.
