To Plan and manage customer portfolios (Deposits, Mutual Funds, Insurance) while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and expanding the customer base.
Present wealth management products and provide asset allocation advice in collaboration with investment advisors to achieve target returns aligned with clients risk profiles.
Drive customer acquisition through sales channels and marketing strategies to meet business growth objectives.
Increase fee-based income and portfolio growth in line with company policies and targets.
Cross-sell banking and affiliate products to maximize customer value.
Collaborate with relevant departments to share knowledge and support product and service development.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Comply with business policies and coordinate with branches on operations, processes, and internal documentation control.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Wealth Banking, Private Banking, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of investment products such as mutual funds, deposits, and bancassurance.
Possess IC License and Life/Non-Life Insurance Broker License.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high self-motivation.
