The Role
To be responsible with others for the operational performance of a Private Equity fund administration team.

Duties
- Oversee end-to-end fund administration for private equity clients, including NAV reporting, capital calls, and distributions.
- Process capital calls, distributions, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Oversee and work closely with offshore accountants, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate and review investor servicing deliverables, including statements, notices, and capital activity reporting.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control frameworks, including AML/KYC and investor reporting obligations.
- Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate audit deliverables with external auditors.
- Handle FATCA/CRS reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Participate in operational efficiency and process improvements, including system utilisation (e.g., Allvue) and workflow optimisation.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement in procedures, controls, and information systems.
- Undertake specific projects as may be assigned from time to time.
Skills and Knowledge
- Applicants should have at least a degree in Accounting field and be fully ACCA qualified
- At least 5-7 years of experience in the Global Business sector, in particular private equity
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good technical knowledge of IFRS
- Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
- Flexible to work across different time zones for seamless collaboration with global Trident offices
- Proactive, motivated, team player and flexible
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools and experience in Fund Accounting software
