Regen Capital Partners (Regen) is the first traditional Search Fund focused on Thailand. The firm was established as a buyout fund to conduct a majority share purchase in one promising profitable SME with up to US$30,000,000 or THB 1,000,000,000 in enterprise value. Post acquisition, the Regen team will take a day-to-day role in managing the company leading up to an exit.

Regen is backed by global and leading regional institutions including private equity funds, family offices, and other high net worth individuals. Regen's principals and investors have multiple decades of combined experience in M&A and investments, having led or backed some of the largest growth business globally.

You will play an important role in supporting the Principal and broader team in all areas of investing including deal sourcing, due diligence, and deal execution.

Position Title

Private Equity Intern (March 2026 onwards)

Location

Bangkok, Thailand; Hybrid

Duration

Min. 3 Months (March May 2026, with potential for extension and/or permanent position)

Responsibilities:

- Support the team in building and maintaining proprietary databases and conducting target screening

- Support due diligence on target companies and perform market research across various sectors

- Perform valuation and return analyses to support investment decisions

- Build financial models for investment evaluation and analysis

- Prepare investment documentation and business plans to support the investment process

- Prepare pitch decks and other marketing materials to support business development

- Assist with other operational matters as required

Job Requirements:

- Strong interest in investments

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier university

- Experience in financial modeling, research, and PowerPoint preparation

- 03 years of experience in business, consulting, finance, banking, or investments

- Fresh graduates and students in their 3rd4th year are encouraged to apply

- Fluency in both Thai and English
