Private Fund & Institutional Client Solutions

Job Summary

Responsible for managing relationships with Financial Consultants, institutional investors, and key private fund clients while leading the onboarding, implementation, and servicing of private fund mandates. The role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders across Investment, Product, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver client solutions in line with the Company's investment capabilities, operational framework, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong client relationship management, project management, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Financial Consultants, institutional investors, and key private fund clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client onboarding, account servicing, and operational matters.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and due diligence sessions to communicate private fund solutions, operational capabilities, and service offerings.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of private fund mandates and customized investment solutions.
  • Coordinate with Financial Consultants and internal stakeholders to assess, structure, and execute client requirements.
  • Lead TOR reviews and evaluate client requirements, investment guidelines, and proposed mandates to ensure alignment with client objectives, investment capabilities, operational readiness, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, implementation milestones, and facilitate issue tracking, escalation, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee account opening, maintenance, subscription/redemption, account closure, and other private fund operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of client reports and servicing requirements.
  • Drive service quality, operational efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle complex client issues, negotiations, and escalations while maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Asset Management, Private Funds, Institutional Business, Wealth Management, Fund Operations, Client Solutions, or related financial services.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, private fund structures, fund operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project implementation.
  • Experience working with Financial Consultants, institutional investors, and multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Single License or other relevant investment-related licenses preferred.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
