Job Overview
We are seeking a
Process Engineer to design, improve, and support manufacturing processes. This role focuses on process design, quality improvement, automation support, and problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes
- Analyze and improve existing processes for quality, cost, and efficiency
- Design quality detection systems, including automatic inspection solutions
- Support and manage engineering projects from concept to implementation
- Design small machines, pin jigs, fixtures, and functional testers
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues on the production floor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
- Experience in manufacturing or process engineering is preferred (fresh graduates may be considered)
