Process Engineer

Requirements :

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the production plant.
• Monitor and optimize process performance to achieve production and quality targets.
• Investigate process abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Process Technicians during daily operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) requirements and company procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing or process plant environment.
• Good knowledge of chemical plant operations and process safety.
• We are looking for candidates proficient in Mandarin, as the role requires communication with our Chinese counterparts overseas and handling documents, contracts, and regulations that are available only in Mandarin.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
