Process Engineer

Location: Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Translate product and manufacturing requirements into precise process specifications.
2. Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve process performance, focusing on capability, efficiency, and scrap reduction.
3. Manage and optimize production recipes, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation.
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and other process-related documentation.
5. Ensure robust process implementation and release according to specifications.
6. Drive the implementation of corrective actions to minimize scrap, rework, and increase stability, efficiency, and product yield.
7. Lead structured problem-solving initiatives, including FMEA, 5 Why, and A3, ensuring lessons learned are documented and implemented.
8. Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective and improvement actions.
9. Participate in internal and external audits, developing and executing improvement plans.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tire manufacturing environment.
3. At least 3 years of direct experience in the Automotive industry.
4. Strong knowledge of Product & Process Development methodologies, procedures, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in FMEA & Process Control, and various Problem-Solving Techniques (e.g., FMEA, 5 Why, A3, Cause/Effect).
6. Project management knowledge is highly valued.
7. Exposure to international projects or cross-cultural work environments is a plus.
8. Good command of English (written and spoken).
