Monitoring and analyzing process data, identifying trends and proposing solutions for process improvement continuously.
Performing process capability studies, analyzing-data, decision-making to improve operational plants to achieve operational excellence and meet production targets.
Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, reduce waste and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness.
Drive process validation activities, including protocol development, execution and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.
Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.
Scale-up
Scale-up new products by interface between production and R & D team, provide work instruction and hand over to operation team after completion
Project Management
Drive projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve process inefficiencies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
Compliance & Safety
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
Conduct safety audits and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
Support ISO by coordinating with ISO team leader
Technology & Innovation
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in process engineering
Recommend and implement automation, digitalization, and advanced manufacturing techniques
Qualification
Bachelor/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in process engineering.
Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles
Proficiency in process analysis, process modelling and simulation software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment and compliance with regulatory standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to manage projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
