Process Engineer Manager

Process Engineering Responsiblity:

1. Responsible for plant layout(Hoshin) and process improvement.

2. Lead to implement lean/VPS concept to process and operation for cost saving.

3. Responsible for department Expense/CAPEX management and KPI scorecard.

4. Responsible for APQP/PPAP/ProMap process development as core team.

5. Responsible for Any Engineering change (VA/VE,...etc.) to ensure its will complete in time.

6. Responsible for plant MIC, capacity overall review for mid-long term.

7. Responsible for team management and development

HSE Responsibility

1. Ensure HSE requirements have been implemented in their area.

2. Ensure station level safety training has been implemented.

3. Ensure standard process/operation are inline with HSE procedure and actual there are in good condition.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor/Master degree; Mechanical/Chemical/IE engineer or related field required.

2. >5 years in automotive business, preferably rubber to metal business or plastic injection.

3. Know well in Anti-Vibration Solution is an advantage. Process engineering knowledge/experience background.

4. Thai & Good English (Spoken & Written)
